We offer FREE UK standard shipping on all orders over £25.

We aim to send all out all orders via First Class tracked delivery but in some events, we will be sending out orders via Second Class delivery.

Free Shipping for large or heavy orders

We still offer free shipping for large or heavy orders (orders over 2kg), however, on the rare occasion your order is substantially large, heavy or there are special shipping instructions for this type of order, we will reach out to discuss if there maybe any additional shipping costs or delivery instructions needed,

Standard shipping Areas are restricted to mainland UK only (England, Wales and Southern Scotland). For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Isle of Wight, Isle of man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland/Republic of Ireland please contact us directly to ascertain exact shipping costs.

For heavy (more than 2kg) or bulky orders, we will contact you directly to arrange specific shipping instructions and costs.

International shipping (outside of UK)

CURRENTLY WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN (MAINLAND UK) – For any international requests please get in touch here and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be packed and sent out.

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that during busy periods such as sales or festive seasons, delays are possible.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details attached.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day that placed by 12pm. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday by 12pm will be delivered on the following Monday. If there is a high volume of orders so that we are unable to ship on the same day, the goods will be shipped on the following business day.
