Returns & Refund Policy page

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. If you choose to do so, any shipping costs are paid by the customer which will be deducted from your refund amount.

All returns must comply with our return policy:

  • Any items that are returned must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original hang tags attached.

We reserve the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy.

In order to avoid this, please reach out to our Customer Service team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return:

Please note: Any items that have been marked as “clearance/sale” can not be returned or exchanged.

If you want to request a return, fill in our Easy 3-step returns form and our customer service team will take care of the rest.

We can arrange shipping so all you have to do is:

  • Print of your label (at home or at your drop-off store)
  • Drop-off your parcel
  • Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund you the correct amount

Once the returned items have arrived at our depot, please allow 2-5 business days so our team may process your return request. Once the items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Refunds are typically reflected within 2-4 business days of being issued. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund.

Please note that your return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you wish to mail your return with the shipping courier of your choice, please reach out to our Customer Experience team so we are aware of your incoming package, and provide the tracking number.


Faulty/Damaged goods

For any goods that arrive faulty or damaged we will take responsibility and offer either a replacement item or full cash refund (including any shipping costs).

In the event that this happens, faulty goods must be reported immediately by contacting us:

Refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as we have received and inspected the reported item(s).



With regard to an exchange, we cannot exchange the same product for a different size due to the variation in price, you will need to return for a full refund and re-order the correct size via the website.
