How to measure your dog:
We offer FREE UK standard shipping on all orders over £25.
We aim to send all out all orders via First Class tracked delivery but in some events, we will be sending out orders via Second Class delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. If you choose to do so, any shipping costs are paid by the customer which will be deducted from your refund amount.
All returns must comply with our return policy:
Any items that are returned must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original hang tags attached.
We reserve the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy.
